  Welcome to Highland Meadows where every puppy begins their story with love, integrity, and a touch of mountain magic.

  I’m Keslie, the heart behind Highland Meadows, where passion, purpose, and the joy of raising exceptional Corgis come together. Nestled in the scenic beauty of Bend, Oregon, my work blends responsible breeding with heartfelt care, creating a space where quality, temperament, and connection truly matter.

​

  What all began as a young girl in 4H with her dog, finding her passion, has grown into a thoughtfully run, ethical breeding program built on love, science, and integrity.

Each puppy is raised in a nurturing, hands-on environment, surrounded by family life, open pastures, and gentle daily socialization. My focus is on health-tested, well-adjusted Corgis who embody the playful spirit and loyalty the breed is known for.

  I approach breeding as both an art and a responsibility. Every pairing is intentional, grounded in genetic research, structural balance, and a deep respect for the lineage. I prioritize transparency with my clients, ensuring that each family feels informed, supported, and excited throughout the process, from puppy selection to lifelong guidance.

 

  Beyond my Corgis, I’m a mother, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner who believes in creating beauty and meaning in everyday life. My vision for Highland Meadows is to cultivate not just happy dogs, but lasting relationships and a sense of community among those who love this remarkable breed as much as I do.

​

  I am very concerned about canine health and am committed to the bettering the breed. I incorporate important DNA testing into my breeding program, including Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM), VonWildebrand's (vWD), and Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC). I also have integrated PennHIP screening.
